At some point you should change the booking.com password to something more secure. After you have done this, record it for future use.

Enter the user name and password emailed to you by the membership director. Check remember organization id and user name.
Change month and day to what you want. If there is already a booking for that time you will get a warning. You may have to re-enter a few times before the system accepts your booking. Once you have the times you want click submit.
